    The Customer Service Desk is located in the JCPenney wing.
    Desk hours: Mon-Thu 10:30am-7pm || Fri & Sat 10am-9pm || Sun 11am-6pm

    Lost & Found
    Missing something? If you have misplaced or found an item in the mall, please visit Customer Service
    or call 401-739-7500

    Wheelchairs
    Guests needing a wheelchair during their visit may leave a form of ID and check one out for free by visiting Customer Service.

    Strollers
    Guests with children may rent strollers for just $2 each and need to leave a form of ID at the Customer Service desk during use.

  • Gift Cards

    As of February 1, 2023 Warwick Mall no longer sells gift cards.

    - Previously issued gift cards will still be accepted.
    - See retailers for store specific gift cards

  • Walking

    Warwick Mall welcomes guests a comfortable place to walk prior to mall opening.
    No need to sweat the summer heat or brave the winter cold!

    Mall walkers may enter the building Mon-Sat at 8am, and Sunday 9:30am, at the Carousel Food Court entrance.
    Please note the Carousel Food Court and Stairs by Target are not to be used as part of the mall walking exercise.

  • Lullaby Lounge

    The Lullaby Lounge is located near Nordstrom Rack.
    This designated area is decorated with comfy chairs and soft lighting to rest and bottle feed/nurse babies in a peaceful space.
    There is also a flat-screen television for children’s programming and a diaper changing area.

  • Parking

    Guests may use the parking lot free of charge while visiting the mall.
    Car charging stations are located in the Apple Cinemas parking lot.
